Restrictions of Human Rights carried out by a Labour Government

In the Universal declaration of Human rights everyone is entitled to a set of 30 articles as a Human right, in 1998 these rights were reduced down to a set of 15. This was decided by the European Human Rights Convention.

Since Labour has come to power they have used the atrocity's of 9/11 in order to pass legislation that undermines these human rights.

The Universal declaration of Human rights (CLICK HERE FOR LINK) was written up after the second world war. This was so that the crimes committed by both sides could not happen again and that human life above all was sacrosanct.

The "Terrorism act of 2000" and the "Terrorism Act of 2006" undermine the rights of this now defunct policy by denying the British public the following rights:

• Article 2
• Article 5
• Article 10
• Article 11
• Article 12
• Article 18
• Article 19
• Article 30

All of these articles are in reference to freedom of speech, freedom of intellect and opinion, and the right to a fair trial.

It has come to my attention that the world that we perceive is a falsehood. It keeps people protected from everything.
This falsehood is under the guise of the "ECONOMY OF FEAR", a deadly monopoly of civil liberty's in the name of anti-terrorism laws.

From this day foreword I say "no more infringements on my personal rights in the name of anti-terrorism". I do this by pledging the following

• to overthrow the red tape that is threatening our lives.
• to be a voice for the silent majority.
• to do WHATEVER it takes to get our civil right s back!!
• to return this country to metropolis of inclusion and welfare
  

I feel, that I cannot rest in this country we call England until all of our rights are in our hands and that the government answers for every decision it makes.
